Importing of georeferenced maps will be available, but only in a very limited fashion - using world files with Mercator projection. Anything more (GeoTIFF, other projections) would be pretty difficult and time-consuming to implement, since it involves image rectification algorithms.

Support for other WMS - that's not currently on my "todo" list. Landsat and Openaerialmap were easy to integrate, since they use the same protocol. Since I'm not an expert on WMS I would have to do some investigation on WMS before doing any work - and unfortunately I have a ton of other stuff I want to add to Kosmos and too little time :(

HI!

Great progress with version 2 :-)
I made first test and I am keen on results.

2 questions:
- do you plan to do "Importing geo-referenced bitmaps"?
- and "maybe even support for WMS? " for any WMS site?

Regards, Bosti
